I ordered the 32A which is the smallest size Jockey makes in this style. It is well-made and fits perfectly. The reversible style is also perfect for people with allergies like I have. In summary, the reversible style is more versatile and will likely last longer. The only word of caution about this style would be for those people who have medical issues involving the shoulders or overhead reaching.
