The straps are soft, smooth, and don't dig into your shoulders. The V in the neck is deep enough that it hides under my V-neck sweaters. I got one and was wearing it so much, I had to order a second. I wear a medium in other Jockey styles, and the medium in this fit just right. (I wear a small or extra small in tops and sweaters.) I wish it came in lots of colors and patterns like the cami.
