I double up on sports bras. Even while doing weight training, I don't want to always see that extra flab in my middle, b/c if I see it, others see it. This shaping tank has done wonders for the mid-section. Gave me an hour glass shape, wicked away moisture during both workouts, and made me feel more confident. By wearing both a sports bra and this tank, it does give a bit of a "uni"/mashing appearance, but it's something I can live with, maybe not others.
