I always had the problem of my top moving up while I slept or getting twisted on my body. This one piece suit keeps that from happening. I really like not having anything with elastic around my waist while I sleep. I did sew the back flap shut once I knew I wouldn't be using it :) I ordered 1 pair 1st to see if I would like it. I ordered a large the first time and found it to be a very loose fit. Loved it so much that I ordered a Medium the second time.
