The box them come in lists them as "Low-Rise Briefs", but they are more like mid-rise, which is good. The soft cotton stay fabric is really nice, and the brief has a nice supportive pouch. It would be nice if the briefs were available in more colors, instead of just Black and White.<br /><br />However, this brief has a really poorly designed fly! No average size man could get his hand into the small side opening of the fly, much less reach down into the even smaller opening into the pouch and retrieve or return the equipment. Sizing is good if you prefer a "tighty whitey". I however welcome the thicker fabric, and miss the days when Jockey's fabric was much thicker and of higher quality than it is now (I hate to say it). These briefs hold their shape well and give consistent support. They're mid-rise, so they aren't going to have the fashion-appeal of a low-rise. But I don't mind this, as I personally think they look fine. The box them come in lists them as "Low-Rise Briefs", but they are more like mid-rise, which is good. The soft cotton stay fabric is really nice, and the brief has a nice supportive pouch. It would be nice if the briefs were available in more colors, instead of just Black and White.<br /><br />However, this brief has a really poorly designed fly! No average size man could get his hand into the small side opening of the fly, much less reach down into the even smaller opening into the pouch and retrieve or return the equipment. It would be nice if the briefs were available in more colors, instead of just Black and White.<br /><br />However, this brief has a really poorly designed fly! No average size man could get his hand into the small side opening of the fly, much less reach down into the even smaller opening into the pouch and retrieve or return the equipment. The fly design. though awesome and secure. is not as easily functional as a guy is used to. to stay within guidelines, there is no stretch in the fly. so it makes it a tug of war battle with your underwear to use the restroom. but that bit of tough to move fabric is a setback not a full-fledged problem.
