They have a semi-formed pouch, which provides better support than the classic boxer brief. But, the fly is very poorly designed, and nearly useless - the vertical side opening is too small to get the hand into and makes it very difficult to use. I would much prefer either the horizontal fly or the y-front fly on this boxer brief. The fabric is smooth and just feels good against all of the guy parts down there. I wouldn't wear them for athletics as they don't provide that much support for the twins, but they are great for every day. The fly takes a little getting used to but it is not a big deal. I love the way these fit and feel against my skin. Also, they are opaque enough so that you are not showing off more than you want to in the locker room.
