I was allergic to one of the materials used to make it, probably the Spandex. About a week after wearing the shirts I developed red, itchy spots around my wrists and ankles--places where the fabric was closest to my body. This has never happened to me before. Since my first purchase of the Jockey brand (in the mid-1990s) and throughout the years since, my Jockey garments have always out-performed my expectations. This year it did not so I knew immediately it was different. It was thicker last year and was tighter in the chest and arms and more loose around the waist so it looked flattering. This year it was cut different so it didn't have the same shape.
