Jockey has become unreliable. They keep changing the size and fit of their products. I bought the classic nfull cut boxers (#6660) last year and they had a button fly and a much more comfortable and tighter fit. This year they are bulkier with too much material, not tight enough in the waste and do not have the buttoned fly. Also they ride up due to this and only around half the designs are offered in certain sizes. I have the same problem in size changes with their tee shirts. They just can't seem to leave well enough alone. I'm very disapointed.
When you just need to switch from briefs on some days and have the relaxed feel of boxer shorts under the suit pants or khakis (ie in the hot summer or on casual days) these are pretty much the exact right thing. Fit and fabric and great, and the patterns are both classic and nifty.
I ordered the boxers at the request of my 92 year old father-in-law who has worn these "forever". He was no longer able to find size 46 in the stores so I suggested going online - however, he does not have a computer. It was so easy to locate then, order them [...] My mother-in-law called to tell me they were great - exactly what he wanted, the perfect fit and a great selection of plaid. So, thank you very much!!
I have been buying these boxers for well over 30 years. I wear them everyday and even after repeated washings they remain like new. I have some that are at least 8 years old and still they show no signs of fading or thinning material.
I've been wearing these for years - but what happened to the solid colors? I've been rocking plain blue full cut jockey boxers for decades and now all I can find is sizes way to big to fit me. What's up Jockey? Why are you messing around with a classic? I guess this year I'm going to have to buy somewhere else. Very disappointing! Don't mess with the classics!
I have worn boxer shorts most of my life. I have tried many different brands and like the Jockey the best. They are comfortable and are loose fitting, especially around the leg openings. The only draw back to these is the wasit band. I have had these boxers for almost a year. I wear them for everything. The waist band seems like it is stretching out because they don't quite fit the way they did when they were new. Overall, I would buy these again.
I am replacing my tapered boxers (I've worn this style for 35 years since high school so it's a big transition) as they wear out to these more baggy boxers as I get a little older and find them very comfortable under jeans, dress pants, shorts, or just to wear around the house on in the (fenced in)backyard. I am disappointed in the choices for tapered boxers-miss the the dozens of solids and more interesting designs so I find the choices on the baggier boxers to be better-still would like some polka dots, stripes, seasonal, etc.
The fly doesn't stay closed. Needs a button. I added one myself, but frankly they should not be sold without. On the plus side, the back seam is split, rather than straight down the middle, which is appreciated.
Size choices are too broad. For example,if you are a 35 waist, your choice is Medium which is also good for a 32 waist which is very tight or a Large which is good for a 38 waist. This is like a circus tent. Because of this sizing issue, I am not likely to buy Jockey short again.
Have worn Jockey boxers all my life. I have tried other brands, But, they didn't come close to Jockey quality and comfort. These boxers are truely "Tried and True". For fit. Comfort, and Quality you cant beat Jockey Boxers.
I was really sick of taking a chance on boxer brands that I'd never worn before. I'd buy boxer shorts, only to be disappointed when I tried them on. They'd be too tight around the waist, or too short, or too tight around my thighs. With the Jockey Full Cut boxer, I know what I'm getting, and I know that the fit will be perfect. They're tough to find anywhere but online these days, and I'd never considered buying underwear online before. But it looks like that's what I'll be doing from here on out.
I gave these boxers as a gift to my husband and he is thrilled with the comfort, wearability, softness and the prints/colors. He wears them everyday, mostly to sleep in. If he is happy, then I am happy! Thanks, Jockey!!! Another great purchase!!
I am going to have to return them as they are too big. [...] I love Jockeys and have worn them for years, my wife ordered them online from you because my size is hard to find in retail. She ordered my pant size and they are just to big in the waist.
