I got this from my granddad. I have always supported adoption and I have always told people that there are so many kids who need to be adopted. My best friend Shaylyn was adopted and you can't find a nicer girl anywhere.

A Keepsake Bear
Our "newly adopted" children recieved the bear for a "keepsake" from their Case Worker. When we see the bear it will remind us of this wonderful day.

Every kid needs a bear like this.
Our 5 month old grandson loves his bear so much. He talks to it. He needs another one so he is not without it when it needs to be washed.

Family Bear
So happy you have brought back the Being Family Bears. I have been trying to order them for months, and I am so thrilled they are back in stock. I have many families I know that do foster care and then adopt. This adorable little bear is a sweet way of welcoming the child into their forever family.

Heartwarming says it all!
This was a wonderful surprise from my husband. We are currently going through an international adoption. It is so soft, cuddly and has amazing meaning behind the bear. A must for adoption families.

Best Baby Bear
My mother-in-law bought this for my son when he was about 5mo old. He has slept with it daily for the last few months but he sucks on it's nose. Needless to say it smells pretty bad. I needed a back up for when this bear is in the wash or when it finally gives out, so I just ordered five more. It's great for a 1st time bear, small hands to hold onto, and to cuddle with.

My 2yr old's Favorite toy!
This Bear was bought by Grandparents one shopping trip and my 2 year old daughter LOVES him! He has become the go to bear for bedtime and play time. We left him at a friends house and my daughter didn't stop asking about him until we got him back. I washed him once in a lingerie bag and he was just fine. I also love this bear because you get to help adoptive families. I will be purchasing at least 3 more to keep at families houses just in case we forget him somewhere again!

I recently had a teacher friend adopt and the joy in her eyes when it all became final was priceless. I also have three sons who may find adoption is an option in their future and I wanted to start supporting this great cause in their name. They will receive these bears for Christmas this year.

Jordy Nelson of Green Bay Packer fame is promoting sales of these bears to promote adoptions during Adoption month. We are huge fans of Jordy and his work (he is a local guy from rural Kansas). We also have an adopted daughter who we love to the moon and back. It's a win-win for us. Thanks for lifting up kids in foster care who need forever families. We count ourselves blessed. This is my son's favorite bear, we got it in a Jockey store. One bear is purchased for my cousin who is adopting a son in due in September. The other is for a friend who lost custody of the baby she tried to adopt. The child, now 5, has been in the foster system since she was taken back by the birth mom at 10 months when the birth father was confirmed. My friend gave birth last September, this is a 1st birthday present for her baby. She still prays for a forever home for the child of her heart.

how do i name the bear online?
Sandy N on Dec 25, 2014
BEST ANSWER: This is an adopt-a-bear. I would suggest you let the child who receives the bear to name it (Or a relative/ guardian.). Our oldest daughter is adopted. She and her husband have 3 adopted children.
