Short, don't let the picture fool you
The packaging on these state 7-8 inch inseam. It's 3-4 at best, which is too bad. This is a great pair of underwear, but should be labeled boxer brief, not midway. The colors have washed well and the increased stitch count is noticeable over the previous generation. The tag less design is also a welcomed upgrade. The inner fly is missing the finished end that you have on the outside of the underwear, it's just folded over and sewn. The inner fly is also horizontal not vertical like the previous generation. If Jockey would make these with the advertised 8 inch inseam they would no doubt have a best seller.

Not as good as it used to be
I used to by Jockey® Classic Stretch Midway® Brief with product code 9351. Now you guys do not offer that and replaced it with Jockey® Classic Stretch Midway Style #9353 and they are not the same. They new ones are shorter. They do not go down your leg as much as the original ones did.

Terrible upgrade
I had the old style, and it been my #1 for years.
Now, Jockey killed it, and replaced it with this unbelievable terrible upgrade.

Seriously? It is much shorter than the old style, and deform easier. Not to mention the quality is lagging while comparing to the old style.

If I can find the old style anywhere, I'm going to need to stock it up, in case Jockey never producing the best item ever again.

FIX THE ISSUE!

Not the same
I have the old style black with orange jockey band they were great these new ones are shorter and the band is smaller and does not hold its shape

Classic stretch midway brief
I liked the old version. These are bad, since the fly doesn't stay closed and that is annoying. I need to try to figure out how to return the $90 worth of underwear and start over. I don't think Jockey currently has anything that is like the old version of these, so I will be looking elsewhere.

Legs are shorter than the last pair
The legs are a couple of inches shorter than the last pair i purchesed. They roll up under my pants, and the fabric is thinner. Don't know if this is due to higher input costs or a style change, but the last pair I bought a year ago are much better.

These are not midway length
I have had the other models of this product and they were all great. This "upgrade" in the product is an absolute disaster. These are not midway length as advertized. they are more like boxer brief length. Jockey please bring back the midway length.

Horrible
I've been a big Jockey fan for years. I bought 4 packs of these back in the spring and set them back for whenever I would need them. I opened them the other day and the quality was polar opposite to that of the Orange tag Go Stretch and Go Mesh. After wearing ONE time, the Waist bands rolled up and deformed, the material is much thinner and the seam in one pair even began coming apart. Also the tag is very itchy. Hopefully I can find the discontinued ones online somewhere...

This product doesn't hold its shape. Recently purchased and the hang on me like a rag. Not enough Spandex. Need at least 10% Spandex. Will never buy them again. Just wasted more than $70.00.
September 29, 2014
I would buy this again.
My only complaint is wish the leg length was as long as the jockey pouch length, other than that love the fit, feel and comfort that they are.

At first my son loved these but we have noticed that they are too tight now. nothing that Jockey did wrong regarding the fabric. Just as he grew became, the more uncomfortable they felt. boxers work better for him now. we still buy Jockey brand.

I recently purchased the following on line:
Jockey® Classic Stretch Midway - 3 Pack

Style #9353

Unfortunately, compared to last year's model (same midway brief black w/orange) it is not as long on my thigh and is riding up on my leg like a boxer brief?

Help?
Paul P on Sep 12, 2014
BEST ANSWER: Paul, I am very sorry that this item did not fit as you had expected. Usually, rolling indicates that it is too small. I suggest going with a larger size. Please call one of our personal shoppers at 1-800-562-5391 and we will be happy to go over the return/exchange policy with you. We offer free returns and exchanges on every order.
what happen to the jockey classics midway briefs with the orange jockey waist ban, they were 90 percent cotton and 10 percent spandex???
A shopper on Jun 26, 2015
BEST ANSWER: I'm not sure, they don't make them anymore, bought a pack last year and not seen them since. The closest to them is classic stretch midway 3 pack, hope this helps.
Please make the Go Stretch midway briefs again, nothing else out there compares to them. Please give it a thought? Thank You
A shopper on Jun 30, 2015
BEST ANSWER: I wish we could have found more people like you, who enjoyed our Men's Go Stretch Midway Brief . It was, alas, discontinued due to poor sales performance. I wish I could refer you to something else, but unfortunately, we have nothing else quite like it. It was unique (which no doubt also explains your determination to find it amid our array of other products). We will pass your feedback on to our merchandising and sales staff as products are often brought back when consumer demand is great enough.
Why did you quite making the 90% Cotton / 10% Spandex they were great? I have been buying them for years, I have tryed your 95% cotton and 5% Spandex and do not like them, legs to short, and they do not wear well
R H on Apr 23, 2015
BEST ANSWER: I wish we could have found more people like you, who enjoyed our Men's Go Stretch Midway Brief . It was, alas, discontinued due to poor sales performance. I ran a quick scan on inventory in our warehouse and our outlet stores (sometimes we can find discontinued products there). But no luck: there's not a single piece to be found. Sorry about that.

Meanwhile, we will pass your feedback on to our merchandising and sales staff as products are often brought back when consumer demand is great enough.
Why did the shorten the length of the midway briefs?
A shopper on Jun 6, 2015
BEST ANSWER: That is a great question. The inseam measurement that we provide on our products are based on when the garment is being worn. This particular item, the Jockey Classic Stretch Midway offers an inseam measurement of 7-8 inches while being worn. The spandex in the product allows the legs to stretch while being worn. It does have an inseam measurement of 2-2 1/2 inches when laying flat on a table. Hope this helps.
Do these tear near the crotch like the old ones.?
Larry S on Oct 29, 2014
BEST ANSWER: Hi Larry, I am very sorry that you had problem with this item in the past with the Classic Stretch midway brief. It sounds like you had a defective product. Please call one of our personal shoppers at 1-800-562-5391 to discuss the defect and possibly do an exchange. I have not heard further complaints about this item having problems with ripping at the fly or other seams.
Im looking for microfiber briefs with contour fly, know of any?
A shopper on Jul 2, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Thank you so much for your question. Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer a microfiber brief with a contour fly. But, we're always looking for new opportunities, and my manager says that he will pass your suggestion along. There was a time when we didn't make underwear, just socks. But then we took a chance on something new, and now our underwear is sold in over 120 countries around the world. So, rest assured, we've learned to carefully consider new opportunities.

Hope this helps!
Which style has side accessible fly?
A shopper on Jun 18, 2015
BEST ANSWER: That is a great question. Our Jockey Classic Stretch collection has our C-fly, which does offer side access. Our H-Fly, which is in our Pouch Collection, has a horizontal opening. That allows for access from either side. Hope this helps.
Do these underwear have seems in the back? If so, do you have any men's underwear that does not have a seem in the back.
A shopper on Jun 1, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Thank you for your question. This style does feature a pair of seams running down the rear of the garment. Many of our Midway Brief styles do feature these seams, but I would like to invite you to give one of our Personal Shoppers a call at 1-800-JOCKEY-1 (800-562-5391). We can assist you with finding a suitable style without those rears seems in a fabrication you're going to love. We look forward to hearing from you soon!
