The high rise cut is a disaster. Bring back the low cut Pouch. Give us choice of colors. I just bought 12 size 36 pouch [...]

Rise is too high
I liked the old style #1135 which doesn't seem to be available any more. Instead, Jockey sent me style #1145. The "rise" (length from the waist band to the bottom) is too long. Waist band is higher than pants waist.

Jockey pouch brief 3 pack
I like the pouch concept very much. I bought some years ago,and then discarded them later because they came up too high on my waist. In a low rise brief, they would be perfect. Thanks for asking.

worst underwear ever
These are the worst pair of underwear I've ever bought. In order for them to fit properly, you have to pull them all the way up to your belly button. No one but Pee Wee Herman wears pants that high. Now I'm stuck with 6 pairs of brand new rags to use on my truck.
June 6, 2008
Designed for a Ken doll
Who the hell designed these. They're very long and narrow. In order for them to fit right, you have to pull them up to your belly button. Then you have 4 inches of underwear sticking out of your pants. The funny thing is, the pouch boxer briefs, fit just fine.

The pouch is too small
I don't know who this pouch is designed for, but it certainly isn't designed for American Men. Unlike the Jockey Life Pouch sold by [...] and discontinued last year, this pouch underware is uncomfortable. The pouch is too small and in the wrong place. Look at where the pouch is in the picture...down between the legs...I don't know about you, but this is not the most comfortable place for the boys to be...The original Life Pouch underwear was large and roomy with the pouch in the front. It allowed for everything to be out of harms way and comfortable. I found these pouch underwear to be cramped and my boys hanging down the leg of the underware instead of in the pouch like they should be. Jockey, please bring back the original Life Pouch underwear...I only have 15 pairs left and they are wearing out fast!

POUCH BRIEFS
JOCKEY, WHY DID YOU CHANGE THIS ORIGINALLY WONDERFUL STYLE?
THE HORIZONTAL FLY WAS VERY FUNCTIONAL, BUT NOW THE RISE IS AT LEAST 3" TOO HIGH AND MUST BE COMFORTABLE FOR ONLY THOSE WHO ARE 6'6" TALL. ALSO, THE FACT THAT THEY ARE ONLY AVAILABLE IN MEDIUM AND LARGE MAKES IT DIFFICULT TO SELECT A SIZE. I USE TO BE ABLE TO WEAR SMALL BUT THOSE BECAME TOO SNUG AND NOW THE MEDIUM ARE TOO LARGE AND TOO HIGH IN RISE.
WHAT A SHAME TO HAVE RUINED A PRODUCT THAT WAS ORIGINALLY GREAT: THE MID-RISE IN MEDIUM OR SMALL.
I SUGGEST YOU BRING THE MEDIUM RISE BACK INTO THE LINE: I KNOW THEY HAVE BEEN DISCONTINUED FOR A LONG WHILE, BUT NOTHING ELSE COMPARES .

Waist is too high
I want the waist band to be below my bellybutton but on pouch designs it is above my bellybutton and very uncomfortable and it is also above my trouser beltline.
August 29, 2008
The old style was better
The new version of these briefs have some shortcomings. If you have a bit of a belly, the elastic waist band rolls over and begins to bind. The waistband does not last long before it begins to have waves, like cheap Hanes styles.

The Pouch style is hands down my favorite since they were first introduced about 15 years ago. Wish Jockey would put a better waist band on, either go back to the old style, or use the type on the 3d Inovations. This one stays put and has not yet gone wavey.
October 12, 2007
Awful
How anyone can find these comfortable is beyond me. The waist rides too high. The leg openings are cut square, who is shaped like Sponge Bob? The pouch is not supportive and the brief tends to bunch up unless you pull them all the way up to your chin. Bring back the low rise pouch! Why is it gone?

Is Jockey ever going to make these Pouch Briefs in a low-rise brief? I normally wear the mid-rise but still find them too far up above my waist. Last time I purchased them I mistakenly picked up the standard -rise brief & they come up nearly to my chest.
Tommy R on Nov 24, 2014
BEST ANSWER: Hi Tommy, I am very sorry that we discontinued your favorite style. We have several low rise options availalbe but they do not have the pouch fly styling. I will pass on your suggestion that we bring back the low-rise. In the meantime, please take a look at our other low rise options. http://www.jockey.com/catalog?department=men&collection=cotton-stretch
Is the 3 pack pouch brief available in gray yet?
A shopper on Nov 14, 2014
BEST ANSWER: I am very sorry but we do not currently have this item availalbe in gray at this time. I will pass on you suggestion that we make them in gray again in the future.
I don't understand your color coding system. You provide three colors. Which color is the primary color? right, middle or left? what are the other colors? the waistband? the waistband stripe?
A shopper on Sep 13, 2014
BEST ANSWER: I am very sorry for the confusion, the three different colors indicate different colors for each individual garment in the pack. For example, if the swatch indicates blue, grey and red; you will get one of each color in the 3 pack. All three colors are not on one garment.
Why do you show Jockey Pouch in gray heather, but we can't buy that color? That's the color I want most and I can never get it. Please offer it in heather gray like in the picture!!!!!
k t on Feb 12, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Thank you for your question and suggestion. Although we don't offer our Pouch Boxer Brief in the color Heather Gray right now, I am making a note of it in our database for our merchandisers. They've been looking for consumer insights to help them in their color selection, and so we really appreciate you taking the time to contact us. You never know -- your feedback may just change our underwear (at least in terms of color offerings).

BEST ANSWER: Thank you so much for your question. Unfortunately, there is not as much of a demand for a size Small as there is for the other sizes, so we have limited the number of styles we offer in a size Small. I have made a suggestion to our design team that we start manufacturing this size again because there is a demand for it. They often do rely on the feedback and suggestions we receive from customers to determine which styles and sizes we should produce.
why do you use gray briefs in your advertisements but not sell them? If it looks best, why not sell them..
A shopper on Jan 30, 2015
BEST ANSWER: I am very sorry that we no longer have the grey briefs available. I will pass on your suggestion that we change the picture on the website and also start selling the grey briefs again.
Why aren't the Pouch Briefs available in all gray? I've been waiting more than a year for them to become available again. Thanks.
A shopper on Nov 28, 2014
BEST ANSWER: I am very sorry that we do not have this item in the color grey anymore. I will pass your suggestion on to our product designers and hopefully they will bring the color grey back.
are you going to bring back the low rise pouch briefs?
I bought several a couple of years ago.
mark o on Jun 7, 2015
BEST ANSWER: I wish we could have found more people like you, who enjoyed our Jockey Men's Pouch Low Rise Brief - 2 pack. It was, alas, discontinued due to poor sales performance. I ran a quick scan on inventory in our warehouse and our outlet stores (sometimes we can find discontinued products there). But no luck: there's not a single piece to be found. Sorry about that.

I wish I could refer you to something else, but unfortunately, we have nothing else quite like it. It was unique (which no doubt also explains your determination to find it amid our array of other products).

Meanwhile, we will pass your feedback on to our merchandising and sales staff as products are often brought back when consumer demand is great enough.
I am returning the standard-size pouch brief mistakenly purchased for my husband. Why do you not offer a mid-rise style or low-rise style in the 'pouch' and in a cotton (breathable) fabric? Please notify me if ever you bring these products back.
Pam M on Jan 6, 2015
BEST ANSWER: I am very sorry that we no longer make the pouch brief in a low-rise selection. I will pass your suggestion on to our product development team and hopefully we will have them again in the future.
I want to order the heather gray as shown in the picture, what do I order to get GRAY?
Ken W on Sep 25, 2014
BEST ANSWER: I am very sorry that we do not have the grey avaialble at this time. I will pass your inquiry on to our product development team and hopefully we will have the grey heather avaialbe in the future.
Since September, now almost December, you cannot offer the pouch briefs in gray. Any news since reporting to your staff that people are asking for this item in gray? When will they be available?
Donna B on Nov 20, 2014
BEST ANSWER: I am very sorry that we are not currently offering this item in the grey. I will pass on your suggestion to our product developmet and planning team and hopefully we will make this item in grey again.
have you considered making pouch briefs in a stay-cool type of material?
A shopper on Nov 28, 2014
BEST ANSWER: That is a very interesting suggestion, I will pass it on to our product development team.
would you consider offering Jockey Pouch Briefs in stripes, patterns, & contrast colors?
A shopper on Jan 11, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Although we don't offer our Pouch Brief in a more colorful selection including stripes and prints right now, I am making a note of it in our database for our merchandisers. They've been looking for consumer insights to help them in their color selection, and so we really appreciate you taking the time to contact us. You never know -- your feedback may just change our underwear (at least in terms of color offerings). Thank you for your feedback!
Does pouch brief come in colors. Doesn't seem to show when pressed?
David R on Jul 18, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Thank you so much for your question. Our Jockey Pouch Brief is offered in a number of different color packages. You can see all of the colors at the following link: http://www.jockey.com/catalog/product/jockey-pouch-brief Hope this helps.
Jennifer, a virtual chorus of customers here are requesting a lower-than the standard high-rise (mid-rise) pouch-fly briefs, in heather grey. Please, please listen to your customers and begin producing a mid-rise version of the pouch brief, in heather grey. There are a lot of identical/stock answers I see posted here as I scroll through all these customer Q&As. Is Jockey management actually hearing about all of these many customers all requesting the same thing? Clearly there is demand for a mid-rise, grey pouch brief! So when will Jockey make this?
A shopper on Jun 12, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Thank you for your question. We here at Jockey take customer feedback very seriously. Every bit of information from a customer we receive about any Jockey products is handled with the utmost care and respect. We forward all feedback not only to our designers but also to our sales and management teams so they can see just exactly what our customers are looking for. Rest assured, we are always on the look out for ways we can improve to meet our customers needs. To that end, I will be including a suggestion on the creation of Pouch midrise option up to our design team. Thank you for your feedback, it really does help!
My husband too finds the regular brief about under his arms and would certainly be much better off with the low/mid/whatever style that he's worn for years and as far as color, would go for the gray but he likes the POUCH style. I really cannot believe that anyone finds the regular brief a nice fit. It would be nice if the fit more like they fit the model which I really suspect are the old "low" rise! Please help us out here. We're going to have to send these back and don't know where to turn for what we need?
Aanaa on May 31, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Thank you for your question! I'm sorry for any inconvenience or discomfort that our full rise Pouch Brief may have caused. While we do not offer this style in a mid or low rise offering at this time, I have forwarded a suggestion to our design team that we look into bringing back that previously offered Low-Rise Pouch Brief style, or perhaps look into bringing a new mid-rise style to our offerings. I know they depend on the input of customers such as your-self, so thank you for your feedback. It really does help!
When will Pouch style be available in Grey?
Johnny S on May 19, 2015
BEST ANSWER: That is a great question. Although we don't offer our Pouch Brief in a three pack of Grey right now, I am making a note of it in our database for our merchandisers. They've been looking for consumer insights to help them in their color selection, and so we really appreciate you taking the time to contact us. You never know -- your feedback may just change our underwear (at least in terms of color offerings).
Ordering some briefs. What size is Medium?. I wear a 30 inch waist. I also want standard rise
A shopper on Feb 16, 2015
BEST ANSWER: That is a great question. Our size medium is designed for a waist size of 32 - 34 inches. We do offer a sizing chart on our website. Just click on:

http://www.jockey.com/shoppingguide/sizecharts

Otherwise, you'll also find "size chart" link when you click on the thumbnail of any product.
can jockey pouch underwear be found in stores? If so where? JC Penney doesn't seem to carry them anymore
A shopper on Nov 21, 2014
BEST ANSWER: Hi, I am very sorry that your local JC Penney's store is not carrying the Pouch brief anymore. Several department stores are carry Jockey products but they do not share what items of our they are stocking in which of their stores. I would suggest Koh's and Macy's. If you can not find them in those stores I suggest trying a Jockey Outlet store in your area. Jockey.com is also always an option.
Where are the White briefs?

My order is not being excepted,it keeps going back to select color.Am I doing something wrong? No
John M on Oct 11, 2014
BEST ANSWER: Hi John, I am very sorry that website is not working properly for you. Typically, the error that you experiencing comes from using an Ipad. I suggest using a traditional lap top or desk top computer for placing your order.
Do these pouch briefs function as athletic supporters for court sports?
A shopper on Aug 22, 2015
BEST ANSWER: No, they are nothing like an Athletic Supporter. The Briefs are just like a regular pair of underwear. My understanding is that they no longer make this style in a Brief. I am disappointed that they no longer make the short waist with the Pouch feature. Hopefully this answers your question.
After reading numerous requests for Pouch Brief in the color Heather and Jockey's ad nauseum responses , why don't they just change the feature color from Heather to white? It would avoid the frustration we all feel. I has driven me to purchase other brands of underwear.
A shopper on Aug 22, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Thank you for that great suggestion! I have forwarded your suggestion to our eCommerce and sales teams. We often depend on the insights of customers such as your-self to help guide our company’s efforts to ensure we satisfy the needs of our customers. Thank you very much for taking time out of your busy day to share with us. It really does help!
Why do all your advertisements show the Jockey Pouch Briefs in grey only? I only wear white!
Jerry B on Jan 26, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Grey and white being more neutral colors are common for advertising purposes, although grey presents the horizontal fly in a more identifiable means. The white Jockey Pouch brief would make it somewhat harder to identify the horizontal fly, especially with a totally while background. Even in white or colors, the Jockey Pouch is still a great brief.
Why no gray???
A shopper on Jan 4, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Although we don't offer our Pouch Brief in gray right now, I am making a note of it in our database for our merchandisers. They've been looking for consumer insights to help them in their color selection, and so we really appreciate you taking the time to contact us. You never know -- your feedback may just change our underwear (at least in terms of color offerings). Hope this helps!
Your color chart on the pouch briefs does not work. Why?
A shopper on Jul 19, 2015
BEST ANSWER: I'm sorry about the difficulties. My manager said he will include your e-mail in a report to our Web design team. They are planning to revamp the site to make it easier to navigate, so we really do appreciate your feedback.

Although I can't do much about changing the site right now, we would be more than happy to assist you with the available colors over the phone. Please give one of our personal shoppers a call at 1-800-562-5391.

Thanks for your patience and understanding.
