Best Answer:The warmth factor is comparable with regular thermals. I've only used them to wear while power walking in the neighborhood and they've worked great. The temps were in the high 20s and my legs weren't cold at all. I think I will like them when I use them as a layer as well, because an outer layer will slip on over them easily.
HI C M, this item tends to be warmer then the standard cotton thermals. This item has moisture wicking properties that will prevent sweat from staying near the body which can cause a person to get the chills. Also, because it is active wear it will help stop the wind more then the standard thermals.
Best Answer:Hi Bond, these items are great and due offer enough stretch to hug the body but not so much stretch that they end up fitting oddly underneath your outerwear. I highly suggest these if you are looking for a base layer for high performance out door activites in the winter.
Best Answer:Hi Karen, I am very sorry but we do not currently make this item in a short version. I will pass your suggestion on to our product development team and hopefully next year we will have a petite version of this item.
