Jockey, you have a large market out there that you are not serving!!! Could you make a size 0 cup for all of us out there who are just barely an A size? (Notice on the clearance racks which size is never on clearance....)
Now, about the packaging. I received my bras by mail (free shipping - thank you). Two bras came in a parcel that was about 14" x 14" x 6". Inside that parcel were two beautiful blue boxes, each a little longer than a shoe box, and inside each of those was a bra that was very beautifully presented. This did have the effect of making me feel as if I'd purchased something 'special', but the bra was really no more special than other bras. Believe it or not, one of my first thoughts was that this much packaging had to have really increased the price of the item. I am a dollar-conscious conscious consumer who was desperate enough (i.e. uncomfortable) to TRY a $60 bra if it really really fit perfectly. But, to save $15-$20-$25 per bra, I would have been 100% happy with a LOT less packaging and presentation coupled with a reasonable USPS First Class shipping fee ($3-$4 should do it to send a parcel that weighs a few ounces).
So, at this point I am out $20 for the fit kit (which also could have been customized a bit to save resources, manufacturing costs, and shipping); I did not need to even consider trying the 7 larger cups. And I am sad to say that I am still uncomfortable with what I am wearing, as I had to return the three different bras I tried (34-1, 34-2, 36-2).
I hope, if you are still reading, that this nicely made, good quality product works out better for you than it did me.
I am 51 years old, 5'4" and 125 pounds. I normally wear a 34C in other bras. I purchased a 4/30 in the Jockey bra.
The comments posted were true AT FIRST. There does seem to be a lot of material surrounding the underwire. The band does seem to be really tight. The area between the cups does irritate the skin and is itchy. I wanted to like this bra so much that I kept it on all day and sure enough after a few hours I forgot that I had the bra on. It felt even better the second day; no itchiness, no tightness, just a very flattering silhouette! I've now had this bra for several weeks. It has conformed to my body and truly does feel like it was made just for me. The bra doesn't move or slip throughout the day. The straps do not fall off of my shoulders nor do they feel like they are cutting into my skin.
Jockey has provided fabulous customer service; the bra arrived within 5 days of ordering and it was beautifully packaged. GREAT JOB Jockey! I look forward to more styles with the same great fit.
When I measured, I got 32" on the tape measure, exactly. I wasn't sure if that was the measurement for the first, middle or last set of hooks and I was afraid to go up a size, because I didn't want to order it too big. So I went by the directions and when the bra arrived the 32" fit tightly at the last set of hooks. (In other words, the measurement should be correlated to the center hook on the bra.)
In the future, please indicate what set of hooks the measurement you get will fall on; that way people can make adjustments accordingly.
If you could send me a set of hook extenders, that would be fantastic! Thank you,
It was comfortable.

I am very sorry that we do not offer a band size smaller then 30. We are collecting all feedback and exploring the option of making bras with smaller bands. Hopefully in the future we will have a band size 28.
Unfortunately at this time we do not offer anything smaller than a 30. This is a new venture for Jockey and hoping to expand our sizes. However, if you would like to try a 4/30 you certainly can we offer free returns and your money back if it doesnt work for you. You can print the label at www.jockey.com. If you have any other questions or concerns please give us a call at 1-800-562-5391
This bra is very comfortable, and the padding/material is perfect. Not too much, not too little.
Hope this answered your question.
You should have made it easier, not multi-steps and more complicated. I know my regular bra size and would prefer to order two sizes that would be a close match and return one vs. the process you have mapped out.
As a career in process design as a management consultant, I also see that you are delaying sales with the fit kit step and loosing sales from people like me. Not a good move! I would like to see the business case on this one - it does not make business sense.
That's a really good question.
Our sizing system is so unlike anything that's ever existed that we can't make a comparison to old sizing systems you've used to determine how you fit into our Volumetric system.
So you just have to try the fit kit: https://www.jockey.com/brafitkit
And that's why we ship it to you for free--and support it with a money-back guarantee.
