Great fit, lousy quality
I wear these every day and love the fit and design, especially the horizontal fly. I have pretty much worn these exclusively for the last 8-9 years. I am so glad to see other reviewers are having the same problem with this product wearing out quickly. I have been sending my worn out underwear back to Jockey for years now and asking them to please upgrade the seams and quality of fabric, but it's pretty obvious that they won't. Instead, they send me free replacements and an apology letter. So, I encourage everyone to do the same. Send in your expensive, worn out underwear and ask for replacements. Maybe then they will do something

My Favorite Skivs
I have worn Jockey Midway Briefs for almost 20 years. These were quality underwear back then. they are still great underwear but seem to tear at the seams rather quickly. I just purchased ten pair and four are already tearing at the crotch seam. The only reason the other six aren't torn is because they are still in the packages, unopened. I have tried buying a larger size but they were too large and they too wore out quickly. What a bummer. With this said, I still buy Jockey Midway Briefs because they are comfortable, and longer than all others. I've tried many brands and always come back to Jockey. Jockey stands behind their product and the sales are always great and makes up for the untimely wear.

Midway brief elastic unraveling
I been wearing the same style jockey briefs for a long time. but over time the quality seems to be deteriorating. This last batch seems to be the worst. One day after wearing the waist band started to unravel. Stitching started to come apart. I now have to go looking for another brand. It seems Jockey has put quality out the window. It is a shame. They use to be a good brand who care about quality.

Patent-worthy design
Pardon my language, but the pouch fly is the ultimate design when it come to fishing out your junk to take a wizz. i kid you not! Everything else that has been done before is lame. And, after you're done, everything dumps back into the zone of excellent comfort and support. Great cotton blend for breathablity, and the mid-thigh length to minimize chafing between the legs. It's impossible to find a better pair of men's underwear. Sure, some may complain about the short life of these underwear, but we have to be honest about the gain in comfort in exchange for durability.

I've tried the synthetic and moisture-wicking version, but it doesn't compare to the cotton blend version--especially for those who live in relatively low-humidity regions like the Pacific Northwest. I wouldn't trade this set of underwear for any other.

we only buy jockey
My husband and sons only wear this style. Only wish it was available in stores.

Best underwear money will buy
I have purchased these for years now. Tried many, many others but these are by far the best fit, keep you junk in check does not ride up and the waste band is the best, stays where it belongs. Really have to say, what I like best is your "boys" stay put. They do not slip here or there just very comfortable underwear.

Jockey Midway Briefs beat the heat.
Three day delivery. Packaging very good. These are the best briefs on the market. Florida's climate means sweat, and these shorts hold up great in the heavy heat.
April 13, 2015
wore 3 times and started ripping on the
very comfortable however every pair i purchased has a rip on the seam

Most Comfortable Boxer Breifs
I wear these boxer briefs all the time for any occasion. Fit perfectly and very comfortable. Breathe great and legs do not ride up your legs.
April 16, 2015
Only underwear I will ever put on.
I use this product everyday, wouldn't wear anything else. Very supportative, comfortable, form fitting and soft - what else would you want!

I've been wearing the midway briefs for over 10 years and nothing compares to them. They're warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Always comfortable and durable.

Good Fit. I like the mid length feel.
Larry H on May 29, 2016
Have been wearing these for maybe 10 years (or longer) and find them absolutely comfortable--the legs are nice and long and do not ride up, and there is no binding of the privates whatsoever, even with the heavy active use I put these through.
Roger P on May 29, 2016
SAME THAT i HAVE BEEN WEARING FOR MANY YEARS PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE!
JACK K on May 29, 2016
I ordered these for my son and this is the style that he likes.
Sheree B on May 28, 2016
These are my husbands "favorites" because of the length and comfort of the waistband. However, the stitching does NOT hold up well in the groin area so be prepared to have to buy them often if your guy likes them as much as mine does.
Sara M on May 28, 2016
My husband has lost over 50 pounds and we ordered thee before and he liked them
Ellen P on May 28, 2016

MY HUSBAND LOVES THIS STYLE
CHRISTINA D on May 23, 2016
I have worn the Jockey Pouch Midway Brief for some time and they appear to be the only Jockey midway brief, that offers a medium or full rise, to which I prefer the full rise. If you're looking for some constructive input, I would like to see this product in a more spandex like material. I would also like to be able to see the colors, more clearly, on the web site.
Troy L on May 23, 2016
My husband loves the fact that they fit comfortable and they don't rise up his thighs.

I have worn Jockey Pouch Midway brief's for 26 years (since 1989) - have occasionally tried other brands/briefs, but always throw them away and go back to Jockey Pouch Midway briefs -- there is no comparison anyway anyhow. Keep up the good work.

I recently purchased these for my husband. He had never tried Jockey and he thought I had spent too much on underwear. It has been a little over a month and he's a believer. He says they are the most comfortable underwear he has ever worn.

OK, winter is coming to Chicago, and these fit the cold weather, but the crotch has been tearing for years! Why is that? I wore them in 2002 and stopped because of the tearing, but I see that one customer has the same problem. Can this be resolved?

are these boxer briefs or purely briefs just extending down the legs?
A shopper on Feb 25, 2015

Do you not make the extended leg midway pouch any more?
A shopper on Dec 25, 2014
BEST ANSWER: I am very sorry for the confusion, the longest midway that we have ever had is the pouch midway brief. The shorter version is called a boxer brief. In recent history, we have not had a long leg midway. We have only had long leg boxer briefs which is an interchangable term with midway brief.
