Queen Elegance needs work
I like the fabric wicking and that this product stays in place and doesn't show panty lines. That said, however, the product feels like it's too tight on the inner legs, as if there is not enough elastic in that area. I don't have heavy legs and as a seamstress, I am familiar enough with sewing to believe this (not enough elastic) is why this product feels too tight. It appears to have enough material, just not enough elastic. I suspect if a quarter inch or less of elastic were added to each leg, they would feel fine and be more comfortable. I also had to buy a size larger than I normally would, as Jockey seems to run a lot smaller than any other brand I buy. I had previously purchased a size 7 at a local store and thought they would be more comfortable if I bought them a size larger. I was dismayed to learn Jockey doesn't even make size 8 available in stores, so I ordered them online, which I don't normally like to do, but I thought I'd be happy with the product. Because of the elastic problem I will not be buying these anymore, unless I hear something in an ad about a correction of the problem. I am curious why Jockey feels it's not necessary to carry anything over a size 7 in stores. It really doesn't make sense since the under age 30 crowd wouldn't wear this style, and the over age 30 crowd is less likely to order a product of this nature without seeing it in the store first. Fix the elastic problem though, and I would order this product again, but not until. I have worn the same size in all clothes for over 20 years and this is the first time I have ever odered anything in a larger size. It's how I control my weight. I never buy the next size up, I wait until my ideal size fits me, and by the way, I have lost 7 pounds in the last several weeks, so my weight is not the reason these didn't feel comfortable.
