These are the only lounge pants that I have found that are truly long enough for long legs. They start very long, then shrink to the perfect size after the first washing and stay that way after subsequent washings. This is my second pair and I will keep buying them.
Feels true to size
Feels true to length

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
Best Answer:Hi Marilyn, I am very sorry that we do not currently make a tall man sleep pant that will work for a person who is 6ft 9. I will pass on your suggestion to our product development team and hopefully we will have an extra tall version for next seasons winter sleepwear collection.
I'm 6'4" and about 170 pounds. The tall medium fits me well. At 6'9", they may still be an inch or two short for him, but it'll be close. Or maybe try a large which may be a bit longer. Give it a try. Jockey will take anything back. Good luck!
The pants are between 37-38" inseam. My husband is 6'1" and 140 lbs and wears the medium because they don't make a small in the tall. Not sure what inseam you would need for 6'9". Hope this helps some. Good luck.
Best Answer:My husband loves these pajama pants. He is 6'5" , has a 36 inch waist and has a 37 inch inseam. I do not put them in the dryer, in case they should shrink, but I highly recommend these pants. In fact, we bought three pair.
Best Answer:Thank you so much for your question. I'm sorry, but our Tall Flannel Sleep Pant is part of our seasonal sleepwear collection, designed in advance of the next season (sort of like mittens and winter coats). And at this time, the sizes that are showing on the website are all that we have left. We are tracking every bit of demand we get for these seasonal items to see if it mightn't be prudent to stock more heavily (your email counts!).
But for the time being, I hope that one of our other sleepwear products might be appealing to you. I'd be very pleased to be able to answer any questions you might have about them, or indeed anything else.
