I am pretty small up top (34AA) and this bra (I purchased the size small) gives excellent support & shape! Not only do I wear it to workout, but I also often wear it as my everyday bra! I really can't say enough about this bra!!
I can't think of anything bad to say about this bra. I hope Jockey continues to keep making it. I also recently discovered the Medium Impact Moulded Mesh Cup Bra which I love but it is on clearance and my size is not available. I hope this doesn't mean that this bra is being discontinued. I would have bought several if I had known that. Jockey needs to inform their customers if they discontinue a product so we can stock up if need be.
This is by far my favorite sports bra because it is comfortable (once on) and provides excellent support even for jogging and cardio workouts. And unlike most "no bounce" sports bras this one does not compress your chest into the dreaded breast sausage! The only potential downside is the bra's durability. This is one of my most expensive sports bras so I want it to last. It is hard to describe my area of concern because the catalog does not show you the back of the bra, but I will try to describe the structural concern I have. In the back the shoulder straps are not sewn together above the back strap. Instead they are flush alongside each other and are fixed in place with two groups of three small "thread bridges" about an inch apart. My lowest thread bridge has already snapped in the first month and a half of use. This would be the thread closest to the back strap, which is the one that gets the most pressure from pulling the garment on and off. If another bridge snaps I may take it to my dry cleaners and have them do some type of reinforcement. But for this price, I really shouldn't have to.
Vavavoom's straps are more wide-set; construction is still flexible, but stiffer (not as soft)- this is especially noticeable in the under-bust wide strap; lower cut; more likely to work as a cami-alternative under another shirt; there is a hook closure (but still over-the-head while dressing) and the cups have a little extra padding on the bottom compared to the Seamless Sports Bra. I am ~34A and fit snugly in Vavavoom's Small- the medium's cups peeked out from the top, like might happen with some swimsuits (the same color as bra, but not flattering)- I could wear a shirt that covers it. In Seamless, I am Medium.
I like the bra, but the fit is uncomfortable. It is too tight. I was on a trip when I tried it and was snow skiing. It was very uncomfortable, and I can't return it as I wore it all day because I was not able to change clothes because we were already at the slopes.
Was hopeful that this bra would be a stylish alternative to regular sports bras and would provide better separation but the fit is too small. According to the size chart, a large should have fit. The bra mostly fit around the breasts but the cut pushed up unflatteringly around the armpits.
