1) What is Jockey Auto-ship?

Jockey Auto-ship is a convenient way for you to get the products you want delivered to you on a regular schedule. You always have complete control over your deliveries and will receive reminder emails before orders are placed. There is never an obligation to continue. You can change your delivery frequency, quantity and shipping address in the My Account: Jockey Auto-ship section of our site. You can also cancel any Jockey Auto-ship orders if you no longer wish to receive them. Changes to orders can be made anytime within 24 hours of the scheduled order shipment date.

2) How do I sign up for Jockey Auto-ship?

Signing up for Jockey Auto-ship is easy. Simply click on “Men” in the top navigation, then click the Jockey Auto-ship link under the Categories tab. Here you will find all of the Auto-ship products. Once you find the product you would like to purchase, choose the color and size, followed by the frequency in which you would like to receive the product.

Once you are done shopping, check out as you normally would. You will receive a separate email showing any Jockey Auto-ship products and their delivery schedules.

3) How do I change an order date?

You can easily change when your next order is sent if you need it sooner or later. Simply go to My Account: Jockey Auto-ship. You will see your next scheduled order on the My Next Order tab. Click the "edit order date" link near the next order date and select the new date for your order.

You can also go the My Subscriptions tab in My Account: Jockey Auto-ship and change the next order date for any individual item.

4) How do I combine items to be in the same order?

You can also go the My Subscriptions tab in My Account: Jockey Auto-ship and change the next order date for any individual item.

If you have more than one Jockey Auto-Ship item and want them to ship in the same order, simply go to the My Subscriptions tab in My Account: Jockey Auto-ship and change the next order dates to be the same. Also, confirm the shipping address, billing address and payment methods are the same.

5) Can I change when I get email reminders?

You can change when you get email reminders for Jockey Auto-ship orders. The standard setting for email reminders is 10 days before an order is placed. To change this simply go to the My Subscriptions tab in My Jockey Auto-ship and click the "edit settings" link under the next order date for any item. You will see the settings for your reminder email and a "edit" link. Click the link to make changes. You can set your order reminder email to be between 1 day and 30 days prior to the order being placed.

Each Jockey Auto-Ship item has a separate reminder email, so if you need to change the reminder email date for multiple items then you will need to change it for each item.

6) How do I change the email address for order reminder emails?

You can change the email address for order reminder emails in the My Account section on our site.

7) How do I change my shipping address?

You can change your shipping address for Jockey Auto-ship orders or individual items.

To change the shipping address for an order, simply go to the My Next Order tab in My Account: Jockey Auto-ship. Then, click the “edit shipping address” link to make the change.

To change the shipping address for an individual item simply go to the My Subscriptions tab in My Jockey Auto-ship and click the "edit settings" link under the next order date for any item. You will see the shipping address for that item. Click the "edit" link to change the shipping address.

8) How do I change my billing address?

You can change your billing address for Jockey Auto-ship orders or individual items in the My Account section of our site.

9) How do I skip a delivery?

If you need to skip a delivery, simply go to My Jockey Auto-ship. You will see your next scheduled order on the My Next Order tab. Click the "skip delivery" link near the next order date to skip an order. The next delivery will be shipped according to your next order date.

You can also go the My Subscriptions tab in My Jockey Auto-ship and change the next order date for any individual item.

10) How do I view my future or past deliveries?

You can view your future Jockey Auto-ship orders on the My Next Order tab in My Jockey Auto-ship. Your very next scheduled order will be showing when you go to the page. To view future scheduled deliveries click on "View All Deliveries" on the right hand side.

11) How do I change how often an item is sent?

You can change how frequently an item is sent on the My Subscriptions tab in My Account: Jockey Auto-ship. Simply change the Delivery Frequency in the pull down menu for each item.

12) When will I be charged for orders?

Orders will only be billed to the credit card or deducted from the debit card for that order on the day the order is shipped. You can cancel any order up to 24 hours before the next order date.

13) How do I change the credit or debit card for my orders?

You can change the credit or debit card for Jockey Auto-ship orders or individual items in the My Account section of our site.

14) How do I cancel?

You can cancel Jockey Auto-Ship orders or individual items at any time.

To cancel an order simply go to the My Next Order tab in My Jockey Auto-ship and click the "remove" link underneath the quantity to remove the item from the order. When you remove the item you will have the option to remove it from the order or to cancel all future deliveries for that item.

To cancel all future deliveries for an individual item simply go to the My Subscriptions tab in My Jockey Auto-ship and click the "unsubscribe" link under the quantity for that item and confirm.

15) What is the difference between My Next Order tab and My Subscriptions tab?

The My Next Order tab shows the details for your next scheduled order. An order may contain more than one individual item scheduled for Jockey Auto-ship delivery if the items have the same delivery date, shipping address, billing address and payment information.

The My Subscriptions tab shows individual Jockey Auto-ship items and the details for those individual items including next order date, delivery frequency, quantity and shipping address. Individual Jockey Auto-ship items can all have different account information or you can make the account information the same for each item.

16) When do items ship for delivery?

Any items scheduled for delivery will be placed for shipment on the next order date. Once your Jockey Auto-ship order is placed for shipment it will usually ship within 24 hours. All Jockey Auto-ship orders ship by standard shipping. You can view and modify the next order date for an individual item on the My Subscriptions tab in My Jockey Auto-ship.

17) How do I access My Jockey Auto-ship items?

Simply login to your Jockey account. On your My Account page you will see a link for “My Jockey Auto-ship.” Click on that link.
