Earning Points
How does the Jockey Club work?
Each time you use your Jockey Club card, you earn 1 point for every
merchandise dollar spent. During selected promotions, you can earn
even more. When you accumulate 200 rewards points, we'll mail
you a $20 reward certificate good toward FREE Jockey merchandise.
It's that easy - that simple.
How do I get rewards points for purchases made at jockey.com?
If you're already a member of the Jockey Club our system will
automatically recognize you and add points to your account when you
register, login and complete a purchase at jockey.com. However, the
first time you shop online you may be asked to confirm your Jockey
Club number on the final order receipt screen.
What is my current rewards point total?
To check your point balance, go to www.jockey.com/theclub or call
1.800.601.1100 for automated information.
Can I still earn rewards points if I forget to show my card for an in-store purchase?
Yes, just mail your receipt and Jockey Club number to:

Is it possible to extend the expiration date on my reward certificate?
Jockey Club reward certificates are good for six months after they are
issued. Don't think you'll make it back to a Jockey store before your
certificate expires, you can redeem your reward certificate at jockey.com.
During the checkout process, click payment options, select Loyalty Club
Certificate and enter the appropriate information.
Can I combine two Jockey Club cards?
If you have more that one membership card in your name and would like
to combine the points from these accounts please e-mail
jockeyclub@jockey.com. Be sure to include both of your membership
numbers in the e-mail.
What if I lost my card?
Just e-mail
jockeyclub@jockey.com. We'll send you a new card and give
you your updated membership number so you can shop and earn rewards points
until your replacement card arrives.
