In-store: visit a Jockey store near you and fill out an application. You receive your
Jockey Club® card that same day.
Online: just fill out our online form. It's short, simple and fast!
You will need to provide your name, address, phone number and birthday. This information is
kept safe and used to send special online and in-store offers.
Receive Jockey Club® Rewards:
Once you earn 200 reward points, you will receive a $20 Jockey Club Rewards certificate in the
mail. You can redeem your FREE Jockey merchandise in-store or online. For in-store use,
present your certificate to the sales associate at checkout. Online you will need to enter your
certificate number at checkout.
