1. Eligibility: Promotion is open to any legal resident of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older, at the time of entry. Employees, suppliers, representatives and agents of Jockey International, Inc., ("Jockey"), its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies (and their respective IRS dependents, immediate families or persons residing in the same household) are not eligible. A winner/twitter address selected on one day during the Giveaway is not eligible to enter or win on a subsequent day. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
2. Promotion Period: Giveaway begins at 12:01 a.m. Central Time (CT) on June 9, 2010, and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on June 11, 2010 (the "Promotion Period").
3. How to Enter: To enter, simply "like" Jockey on Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/jockey and leave a comment on our Facebook page or the "Heir to Blair" blog (http://theheirtoblair.com) telling us why the man in your life needs new Jockey® T-shirts
You must "like" Jockey on Facebook and leave a comment by 11:59 p.m. CT on June 11, 2010. Limit one (1) entry per person.
Entries generated by a robotic, programmed, script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. Entries shall be considered made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address provided to @Heir To Blair Blog at the time of entry. Should a dispute arises regarding the identity of the entrant, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address provided to @Heir To Blair Blog at the time of entry will be considered the entrant. Any entry received by any other means is void.
4. Agreement to Official Rules: By participating, entrants accept and agree to these Official Rules, which rules are final and binding in all respects; to the decisions of Jockey, which are final and binding in all respects; and to conform to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Use of personal information provided as a result of participating in this Giveaway will be used for the purposes of administering the Giveaway and may be used for other purposes as indicated herein.
5. Prize: The Giveaway will have six (6) winners. Each receiving one (1) unique, single-use, coupon code ("Coupon Code") ") for a men’s Classic 6-pack t-shirts + FREE Economy shipping. Classic 6-pack T-shirts including crew, v-neck, a-shirt and big & tall styles ($30.00-$50.00 retail value + $7.00 standard ground shipping).
Total Approximate Retail Value for all prizes is $210.00-$330.00, depending on sizes ordered. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Jockey "likes" on Facebook received by 11:59 p.m. CST on June 11, 2010. Limit one (1) prize per person/family/household.
6. Drawing and Notification: The 6 winners will be selected on June 12, 2010.
Each potential winner will be selected from all eligible Jockey likes on Facebook received by 11:59 p.m. CT on June 11, 2010. Jockey will notify each potential winner by 11:59 p.m. CT on June 12, 2010 via the e-mail addresses provided to @ Heir to Blair Blog.
7. Prize Restrictions: Each potential winner must claim their unique coupon code via their e-mail address provided to @Heir To Blair Blog. Unique coupon codes are valid for merchandise purchases only on Jockey.com® until 11:59 p.m. CT on July 31, 2010, and by checking-out only through Jockey.com. Coupon Code is not redeemable for cash. No cash, merchant credit or gift card will be issued for any unused portion. Coupon Code not valid for any other alternative method of check-out, including but not limited to, Amazon, PayPal, Google or Bill Me Later. Coupon Code not valid with any other coupon codes.
Coupon Code not valid at Jockey® retail stores or at any other retailer selling JOCKEY® products. No prize substitution or cash redemption is allowed. Jockey reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All prizes are awarded "as is" and without any warranty of any kind. Selection from available stock only. All styles, sizes and colors may not be available. Prizes are non-refundable for cash. All applicable federal, state and local taxes on the Prize, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
8. Prize Conditions: Jockey will use reasonable efforts to notify each winner to claim and to use their unique Coupon Code. Jockey reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deem a winner's prize forfeited for any of the following reasons:
- Winner does not claim his/her Coupon Code via their e-mail address provided to @Heir To Blair Blog
- Winner does not use their Coupon Code by 11:59 p.m. CT on July 31, 2010
- Prize notification is returned as undeliverable
- Initial winner is found to be ineligible
- Initial winner fails to complete and return all requested forms within ten (10) business days of issuance; and/or
- Initial winner fails to comply with the Rules and/or the requirements set forth herein.
Alternate winners will not be selected. Release: By participating, entrant indemnifies and agrees to release and hold harmless Jockey; its respective subsidiaries; and each of its respective directors, officers, attorneys, employees, and agents, from any damage, injury, death, loss or other liability that may arise from entrant's acceptance or use of any prize or participation in this promotion, or from the misuse or malfunction of any merchandise received. Jockey is not responsible for technical or computer failures, errors or data loss of any kind, lost or unavailable internet connections, failed or incomplete internet or network transmissions, inability to access Jockey on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/jockey), or any other error or malfunction. If, for any reason, the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond Jockey's control, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Giveaway, Jockey reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway.

Governing Law: By entering, each participant agrees that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, participant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. By entering, entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts for Kenosha, Wisconsin.
