It is important for us to know the reason you are returning your merchandise. Please complete the Jockey® bra return form that was included in your package. Fill in your order #, return reason code, and any feedback you'd like to share. Be sure to include this form with the merchandise you are returning (it will ensure faster credit.) If you did not receive a return form, please call 1-800-562-5391 and we will be happy to assist you.
Place merchandise into sturdy carton or shipping bag. Fill out your name, address and order number located on the pre-paid UPS label that arrived inside your package. Affix it to the center/outside of your package. Be sure that any address labels from previous labels are removed or crossed out. Seal and secure your package.
Give your package to any UPS driver making a regular pickup or delivery, or take your package to a UPS Drop Box or nearby UPS Store location. You may also call 1-800-PICK-UPS for nearest alternate drop location. Your package will be returned to us via UPS and your account will be credited in a timely manner. A tracking number is provided on your label if you wish to track your package after drop-off.
