How does Jockey rewards work?

You earn 1 point for every merchandise dollar spent. During selected promotions, you can earn even more. When you accumulate 100 rewards points, we'll mail you a $10 reward certificate good toward FREE Jockey® merchandise. It's that easy.

Spend $200 or more during a calendar year and become a Jockey rewards VIP member the following year. As a VIP member you’ll receive: 10% off all your merchandise purchases (excluding tax and shipping) and Free standard ground shipping on Jockey.com.

What is my current rewards point total?

To check your point balance, simply login or use the “REWARDS POINTS LOOKUP” on the “How It Works” page. Your point total will display under “REWARDS POINTS" on the “How It Works” page. If you still have questions, call 1-800-562-5391(MON-FRI 8:00 - 6:00 CST, SAT-SUN 9:30 - 6:00 CST).

When are reward certificates mailed?

Accounts are updated on a weekly basis and rewards certificates are mailed every other week.

Can I get a membership card?

Jockey® rewards is a card free program. When you’re shopping a Jockey® outlet store, simply provide the sales associate your phone number and we’ll look you up. For Jockey.com shopping, if you haven’t created an online account, identify yourself as a Jockey® rewards member when you register your account. Then, you’ll earn points automatically with every online purchase.

Do my points expire?

Your points do not expire; however, if you do not make any qualifying purchases with your Jockey® rewards membership number over a three (3) year timeframe, Jockey® may, in its sole discretion, terminate your account on or after the last day of that calendar year. If your membership expires, any points which remain in your account will be forfeited.

Why do you ask for my birth date?

We ask for your birth date so that we can send you a birthday greeting and special offer. The birthday offer is a special benefit for Jockey® rewards members only. We do not do anything else with that information.

How do I update my Jockey Rewards account information?

Just e-mail your updated account information to jockeyrewards@jockey.com.

Is it possible to extend the expiration date on my reward certificate?

Jockey rewards certificates are good for six months after they are issued. Don't think you'll make it back to a Jockey store before your certificate expires, you can redeem your reward certificate at jockey.com. During the checkout process, click payment options, select "Use rewards certificate" and enter the appropriate information.
