How does Jockey rewards work?
As a member, you earn 5% off all purchases in a Jockey® outlet store or online at Jockey.com PLUS receive additional rewards throughout the year, including birthday savings, insider news and new product information.
Can I get a membership card?
Jockey® rewards is a card-free program. When you’re shopping a Jockey® outlet store, simply provide the sales associate your phone number and we’ll look you up. For Jockey.com shopping, if you haven’t created an online account, identify yourself as a Jockey® rewards member when you register your account.
Why do you ask for my birth date?
We ask for your birth date so we can send you a birthday greeting and special offer. The birthday offer is an exclusive benefit for our Jockey® rewards members. We do not do anything else with that information.
How do I update my Jockey Rewards account information?
Just e-mail your updated account information to JOCKEYREWARDS@JOCKEY.COM.
