No purchase is necessary to join. Jockey® rewards program membership is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia ("D.C."), Puerto Rico and Canada (excluding Quebec), who are 18 years of age or older at the time of sign-up. By joining and participating in the Program, you represent that you are age 18 or older and you agree to these terms and conditions, which govern your membership. Membership is nontransferable. Your membership is valid only at Jockey® outlet stores operated by Jockey International Global, Inc. and at Jockey.com® or other participating Jockey owned and operated website(s). Void where prohibited. Jockey’s employees and their spouses/domestic partners are not eligible to participate in the Program. Membership begins upon your receipt of your membership number.
To join the Jockey® rewards program, you must provide your first and last name, a valid mailing address and phone number. We also encourage you to provide a valid e-mail address. A current, valid mailing address must be on record in order for a member to be eligible to receive rewards certificates, select bonus offers and other membership benefits. When you enroll online, you will receive an email confirming your membership with your membership number. When you enroll in a Jockey® outlet store, you will receive your membership number from a store associate. You are solely responsible for protecting your membership number and not sharing your membership number with anyone else.
Members of the Jockey® rewards program earn one (1) point for every $1 USD (for Canadian purchases through Jockey.ca, you will earn one (1) point for every $1 CDN) spent on net qualifying purchases, not including Excluded Items. Points are earned at the time of purchase either in-store at any Jockey® outlet store or online at Jockey.com or other participating Jockey owned and operated website(s). From time to time, in its sole discretion, Jockey may provide special offers or promotions where you can earn additional points. For in-store purchases, you must identify yourself as a Program member at the start of the transaction to earn your points. For online purchases, you must enter your membership number to earn your points. Points will post to your account approximately 14 days from the date of either an in-store purchase or shipment for online orders.
Qualifying purchases do not include sales tax, shipping, donations, or gift card purchases ("Excluded Items"). Points cannot be earned or redeemed for Excluded Items. Jockey may add or delete Excluded Items at any time in its sole discretion. Purchases are in U.S. Dollars at participating Jockey® outlet stores in the U.S. and at Jockey.com. Purchases are in Canadian Dollars for purchases through Jockey.ca.
When products are returned or exchanged, points will be deducted from your Jockey® rewards account for the amount of return or the difference in the exchanged product (if the new item is less than the original item) net of taxes. When products are subject to a price adjustment, points will be deducted from your Jockey® rewards account for the incremental amount of the price adjustment net of taxes. Points cannot be earned on purchases made prior to joining the Program. You may only earn points on purchases made with your membership number for up to three purchases in a day.
Only one membership number may be used in connection with a purchase. Points will only post to one Jockey® rewards account per person. If you have more than one account Jockey will credit points earned from qualifying purchases to the primary account as designated by Jockey, in its sole discretion. You can only earn one set of points.
Points can only be earned under the Program for purchase of Jockey® products for personal use. Points cannot be earned under the Program for purchase of Jockey® products for resale purposes. Points earned for purchase of Jockey® products for resale purposes is a violation of these terms and conditions and subjects the membership account to termination by Jockey in its sole discretion.
In the U.S., for every 100 points you earn in the Jockey® rewards program, you will receive a rewards certificate redeemable for a $10 USD discount off a future qualifying purchase at any U.S. Jockey® outlet store or at Jockey.com. Rewards certificates will be issued via USPS mail.
In Canada, for every 100 points you earn in the Jockey® rewards program, you will receive a rewards certificate redeemable for a $10 CDN discount off a future qualifying purchase through Jockey.ca. Rewards certificates will be issued via USPS International Priority mail or Canada Post. Rewards certificates issued in CDN Dollars can be redeemed at participating U.S. Jockey® outlet stores. However, if you redeem the reward certificate at a U.S. Jockey® outlet store, the reward certificate will be worth $10 USD.
All rewards certificates will be issued on at least a monthly basis. Rewards certificates are not redeemable for Excluded Items. 100 Points will be automatically deducted from your account for every $10 rewards certificate issued to you.
Rewards certificates may only be redeemed by the Jockey® rewards member to whom the rewards certificate was issued. Rewards certificates are coupons for discounts off future qualifying purchases in the U.S., only at a Jockey® outlet store or at Jockey.com, or in Canada through Jockey.ca. Reward certificates are valid for one (1) qualifying purchase only. Certificate must be surrendered at time of purchase. Only original certificates will be accepted. Photocopies, digital or electronic copies of certificates will not be accepted. If the amount of the purchase is less than the rewards certificate, no change or credit will be provided, and the remaining amount will be forfeited. The value of the rewards certificate will be applied as a percentage discount on each item in your transaction. Rewards certificates cannot be applied to tax or shipping charges.
You will receive the price paid (after the discount) on all returned or exchanged merchandise. The value of your rewards certificate will not be returned if you make a return or exchange. Rewards certificates cannot be applied to previous purchases. Rewards certificates may be used in conjunction with most Jockey discounts or coupons, to be determined in Jockey’s sole discretion.
Rewards certificates can only be used to purchase Jockey® products for personal use. Rewards certificates cannot be used to purchase Jockey® products for resale purposes. Use of rewards certificates to purchase Jockey® products for resale purposes is a violation of these terms and conditions and subjects the membership account to termination by Jockey in its sole discretion.
Unless noted otherwise on the rewards certificate, each rewards certificate will expire within six (6) months from the date it is issued. Except, in the event Jockey, in its sole discretion, replaces a certificate, the expiration date on the replacement reward certificate will be the same as the expiration date on the originally issued reward certificate.
Jockey® rewards members who: (a) spend $200 in qualifying purchases, in Jockey outlet stores, Jockey.com or other participating Jockey owned or operated website(s) (excluding merchandise returns) using their Jockey® rewards account within a calendar year; and (b) maintain their account in good standing, will be upgraded to a Jockey® rewards VIP member. Upgrades to VIP level will be processed every January given you qualify the previous year. You will be notified via USPS mail with a VIP member card. Once you receive your notification, you will receive additional Jockey® rewards VIP benefits, such as, percentage discount off all purchases, not including Excluded Items, free shipping on Jockey.com or other participating Jockey® owned or operated website(s) without a minimum merchandise purchase amount, among other exclusive VIP offers and benefits. From time to time, at its sole discretion, Jockey® may add or delete VIP benefits. You must spend at least $200 in qualifying purchases from Jockey® outlet stores, Jockey.com or other participating Jockey® owned or operated website(s) each calendar year to maintain your VIP member status.
Membership cards, points and rewards certificates have no cash value and are nontransferable. Lost, stolen or destroyed membership cards and rewards certificates will not be replaced, except in Jockey’s sole discretion. These terms and conditions apply to the full extent to any replacement reward certificate. Jockey is not responsible for communication errors, including distribution of rewards certificates, due to a change of email address or other changes in contact information. Other restrictions or exclusions may apply.

Cancellation may take from six to eight weeks to finalize. If you do not make any qualifying purchases with your Jockey® rewards membership number over a three (3) year timeframe, Jockey may, in its sole discretion, terminate your account on or after the last day of that calendar year. If your membership expires, any points which remain in your account will be forfeited.
In all matters relating to the administration of the Program, the decisions of Jockey are final. Jockey reserves the right to cancel, amend or revoke any program, including, without limitation, the Program, at any time due to reasonable business consideration or circumstances beyond its control or as required by applicable law. In addition, Jockey reserves the right to terminate your membership, and void any points accumulated in such account(s), if you, in Jockey’s sole discretion, violate any of these terms and conditions or any applicable law, earn points via deception, forgery, fraud, or commit any other abuse of the Program.
