Listen to the guys who buy your product
After reading comments from other nylon underware fans I hope Jockey actually reads them. Most men don't even know this product is offered since you can no longer buy them in department stores or even Jockey factory outlets. Limited size offerings may also hurt sales. They also need to offer additional styles like string bikini, low rise, and regular brief without fly. Knit or stretchable fabrics are no substitute. I have been using Jockey nylon briefs for 40 years and appreciate Jockey for being the only U.S. manufacturer currently offering male nylon underware products. Expanding color choice will not increase demand but only allow current users to switch to another color. Wake up guys and exploit the fact that you have a unique product and style expansion and increased availability will drive increased demand.

Great Fit...Great Fabric.....Great Brief
I have been a Jockey nylon brief fan for over 25 years. The cool, comfortable quick-drying nylon material is great for active wear in the gym or for day-to-day wear. This is the only brief you will ever need. You can always depend on Jockey for quality workmanship and comfort. I would like to see a lower rise brief or a no-fly style in the future, if possible. Also, it would be great to bring back the retro print briefs (i.e., Valentine's Day, etc.) for us nostalgic guys. My family has been a nylon Jockey fan for dad, me, and now my five sons. I just got another Jockey Club Certificate in the mail today (thank you) and guess what I will be ordering?

You'll Love It's Feel
I have used this product since its inception years ago - Anyone who wears cotton briefs would change to these nylons, as I did, If they would only give them a chance. If you're one who is prone to Jock-Itch, these will eliminate it because they don't hold the wetness from sweat etc. like cotton. I'll admit at first it was a little different feel but after a week or so I would ever think of changing back

Great Brief
I have enjoyed the Jockey nylon brief since my college frat days in the 70's, and I have been a Jockey nylon brief fan since. I ordered one size smaller for the gym or sports to provide for the needed and added support. This brief is great for all weather and all activity. No traveler should be without this brief. It would be great if we could buy the nylon biref in the major department stores. I would like to see Jockey come out with an no-fly nylon brief with a lower rise. Additionally, it would be great to see the introduction of a retro-edition of some of the prints and bolder colors from decades ago. Lot of us miss the Micro 3 Poco brief with the nylon/lycra material, which was great for the gym and active sports. I would also like to see the re-introduction of a brief that you had in the mid to late 70's, which was a sheer nylon brief. I think the name was "botik", or something like that. After 30 years of use, the three pairs that I have are a little worn (of course), but still wearable for several more years. The baby-boomers are getting a little older, but we long for some of the great Jockey styles of yesteryear! Please listen.....please! You have introduced the retro-sytles in cotton, now get busy and do the same thing in the other fabrics/materials. You just may be surprised as to the current interest by your loyal Jockey fans.

I would buy this product again & again,
Everyone has their preferences but I like the full cut briefs. I always bought then stores in the past. They always out wear my cotton briefs. I've asked Jockey for more color choices in my size large Nylon full cut brief and was told that Jockey is discontinuing this line of product. So sad!! Jockey I hope you folks will reconsider your decision for the Nylon Brief line for men and I hope there are more of you out there that feel as I do and voice your concern to the Jockey folks.

Bring Back The Plaid
Years ago, Jockey made the Classic Brief in either a nylon or other synthetic fabric which came in a choice of red or green Scotch Plaid design. It was a knockout product, you need to consider producing it again.

I love the fact you make nylon briefs for men! They feel really sexy on and nylon is usually only used in women's panties. (Which can be embarassing at the gym haha).

I hope in the future you offer a different style, mainly a low-rise no fly brief and offer some more hip colors like yellow or pink etc.

How can i order these?
Nancy M on Sep 15, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Hi, Thank you for your inquiry. I sure wish we could have found more people like you. Due to poor sales performance our Classic Nylon Brief was retired, and we have no more. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
Our customers have been migrating to our Classic Brief (style 9950) (viewable at Just enter the style number in the "find" field in the upper right corner and click "find"). Thank you and have a good day.
Do men's classic come in colors ?
A shopper on Aug 3, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Thank you for contacting Jockey.

The style 1031 is no longer available. It was discontinued some time ago.
However, it was available in colors.
We carried it in red, blue, royal blue, beige, black, forest green, yellow, and white.

If you are looking for a full rise brief I do recommend the style 9950 as it is comparable to fit and comfort. If you are looking for a style to travel in for quick wash and dry then I recommend the Travel Microfiber Brief style 12609

Have a great day!
those have any opening at the front or are they totally close?
A shopper on Mar 21, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Thank you for your question! While our Jockey Classic Nylon Brief did feature a fly opening, unfortunately none of our currently offered Nylon brief styles feature a fly opening. While I wish we could have found more people interested in our Classic Nylon Brief style, it has unfortunately as of this time been retired from our sales offerings. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I would like to invite you to give one of our Personal Shoppers a call at 1-800-JOCKEY-1 (800-562-5391) and we would be more than happy to assist you with exploring new options for these favorites.
Is there a substitute brief for men who wear nylon briefs?
A shopper on Mar 19, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Thank you for your question! I wish we could have found more people like you, who enjoyed our Classic Nylon Brief. It was, alas, discontinued due to poor sales performance. I ran a quick scan on inventory in our warehouse and our outlet stores (sometimes we can find discontinued products there). But no luck: there's not a single piece to be found. Sorry about that. I wish I could refer you to something else, but unfortunately, we have nothing else quite like it. It was unique (which no doubt also explains your determination to find it amid our array of other products). Meanwhile, we will pass your feedback on to our merchandising and sales staff as products are often brought back when consumer demand is great enough. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
I have a 30 inch waist, will the 28 to 30 inch brief waist be tight?
A shopper on Jan 17, 2015
BEST ANSWER: The brief doesn't strech at all. I have a 28 inch waist and can't get the small sized brief on. I'm 5'9" and 145 pounds and it doesn't go past my thighs. If you have small thighs and a flat backside it might fit but I'd say order a medium.
Are the sizes a true fit? When it says 30 inches is that same size as 30 inch jeans?
A shopper on Jan 17, 2015
BEST ANSWER: I am very sorry but the classic nylon brief has been discontinued. I will pass on your suggestion that we bring them back. In regards to sizing for other style, yes, the sizes are true to size based on our size chart.
