You may also give us a call at 1-800-562-5391 (MON-FRI 8:00 - 9:00 CST, SAT-SUN 9:30 - 6:00 CST) to speak with a customer service representative and receive a full refund. The best part? There is no need to send your fit kit back to us—we highly encourage you to pass it along to your friends and family so that they can experience Love at First Fit, Guaranteed℠.
At Jockey, your 100% satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your recent Jockey.com purchase, you can simply return or exchange it... any Jockey® product, no time limit, free of charge. For exchanges, please contact customer service at 1-800-562-5391.
You can also return your purchase in-store. Returns with a receipt or packing slip may be refunded in the original form of payment or to a Jockey® merchandise credit card. Cash will be refunded on a check sale 7 days after the original transaction date. Items without a receipt or packing slip will be refunded to a Jockey® merchandise credit card for the current in-store selling price.
