Jockey Subscriptions is an easy, convenient way for you to schedule regular deliveries of your favorite products straight to your front door. You have complete control over what you get and how often your shipments come, and you can easily cancel at any time, no questions asked. The best part? You automatically save 20% on every order, and you don’t have to worry about remembering to stock up your top drawer again!
Choose the items you want and select how often you want them to automatically ship to you. After you check out, your first shipment will process that same day and arrive within 7-10 days. Your next shipment will automatically process and deliver at your chosen frequency (i.e., in 3 months) without you having to touch a thing.
We'll email you two weeks before your next subscription order will ship. If you want to edit or cancel your order, you can do so up to 24 hours before the scheduled ship date.
Your credit or debit card will be charged on the day your order is shipped.
You can subscribe to eligible items by choosing which styles you like and how frequently you want to receive them, and then check out. That's it!
Our Jockey Subscription service is free. In fact, you even save 20% on every order. It’s our way of making your life a little more comfortable. Happy shopping!
It’s completely up to you how often you want to receive your items. Your first shipment will process the day you place your order, and arrive within 7-10 days. After that, you can schedule items to arrive every 3, 6 or 9 months. You’re in control!
To check when your next shipment date is, log in to your account and click “Manage Subscriptions” near the bottom of your account page. Your “Active Subscriptions” list will show each subscription item and its upcoming ship date above it.
You can edit an order any time up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled shipment date. Log in to your account and clicking “Manage Subscriptions” near the bottom of your account page. Your “Active Subscriptions” list will have show each item, along with buttons to cancel, skip or ship the item now.
If you find your order has already processed but you don’t want it for some reason, simply return it for free and we’ll refund you 100%.

Don’t feel like talking? You can simply cancel your active subscription and create a new one with your new, updated information. To do this, log in to your account and click on “Manage Subscriptions” near the bottom of your account page. Find the item(s) that need your updated information, and select “Cancel Subscription.” Once you’ve done that, re-add your subscription items and check out again with your updated information.
Log in to your account and click on “Manage Subscriptions” near the bottom of your account page. You will see a list of “Active Subscriptions” and their upcoming shipping dates.
