As a member, you'll earn points for every dollar you spend on Jockey.com, in US Jockey Retail stores, and on Jockey products purchased from select partner retailers. Points can be redeemed for dollar-off rewards on future purchases on Jockey.com and in US Jockey Retail stores.
In addition to shopping, you can also earn extra points for completing actions like subscribing to Jockey emails, sharing your birthday, and more. The rewards program features three tiers—Blue, Silver, Gold—and as you advance to higher tiers, you'll unlock access to even more benefits, like free shipping.
Joining the Jockey Rewards program is fast, easy, and free! To join online, simply create an account on Jockey.com and you'll be ready to start earning points.
To join the Jockey Rewards program in a US Jockey Retail store, just ask a store associate and they will happily help enroll you in the program. Just be sure to use the same email address you used in store when you create your Jockey.com account.
Log in to your Jockey.com account and select the rewards dashboard tab. You will see your name, reward tier, point balance, and reward available, along with all other information associated with your rewards account.
If you signed up for Jockey Rewards in a US Jockey Retail store, you will need to finish setting up your account on jockey.com. You have two options, 1) we will send an email for you to finish setting up your account, you can follow the steps in that email or 2) visit jockey.com/account. Ensure you are using the same email address you provided while in store as we will not be able to merge accounts. We will send you an email to complete setting up your account.
The Jockey Rewards tiers are Blue, Silver, and Gold. These tiers are based on the dollar amount you have spent in the last 365 days starting with your join date. To achieve Blue Tier, you need to spend $0-$100, Silver Tier is $101-$250, and to reach Gold Tier, you must spend $251 or more. As you advance to higher tiers, you'll unlock access to even more benefits.
For every $1 you spend as a Blue Tier member, you'll earn 1 point. When you advance to the Silver Tier, you'll earn 1.25 points for every $1 spent. And when you reach Gold Tier, you'll earn 1.5 points for every $1 spent. Make sure you are signed into your account when you make a purchase. Points will be added to your rewards dashboard automatically within 5 business days.
Earned points will be awarded after all rewards and discounts have been applied to your order.

Yes! You can earn Jockey Rewards points when you buy Jockey products at select partner retailers: Kohl’s, Belk, JCPenney, Walmart, Target, Amazon US & CA*. Just make sure to save your receipt or online order confirmation. To earn points from the approved retailers and marketplaces, you must be a member of the Program prior to the purchase date. No transactions or activities from prior to you becoming a member of the Program will be eligible for points. In order to submit your receipt to earn points, visit your rewards dashboard in your Jockey.com account. Select ‘Receipt Upload’ tab, enter the requested information, and upload an image of your receipt. Make sure the image clearly shows the store name, date of purchase, receipt number, Jockey items purchased, and what their purchase price was to be eligible. The date of purchase must be within six (6) months of receipt submission. Please allow 3-5 business days for your receipt to process. Once your receipt or order confirmation is approved, newly earned points will be reflected in your Jockey.com rewards dashboard.

Points can only be redeemed for dollar-off rewards in the amount of $2.50 (50 points), $5 (100 points), $10 (200 points), or $15 (300 points). Your dollar-off reward will be applied before discounts, tax, and shipping.
The most points you can redeem on a single purchase is 300 points, or $15 off.
Points will expire based on a rolling 365-day basis. If you do not use your points within 365 days of earning them, you will lose them.
Tier status is based on your spend within a 365-day period. The date you join Jockey rewards will start the 365-day period (“Membership Year”). You have until the end of the first Membership Year to reach an elevated tier. The tier you have reached by the end of your first Membership Year will be the tier you have for the second Membership Year. Thereafter, at the end of each Membership Year, you must meet the requalification requirements of your current tier in order to sustain those tier benefits in the following Membership Year. If requalification requirements are not met, your tier will be downgraded to a lower tier level based on your spend in the previous Membership Year.
Yes, of course! You can redeem points for dollar-off rewards and use them with other discounts, promotions, or coupons unless otherwise noted. Your dollar-off reward will be applied before discounts, tax, and shipping.
If you decide to return an item from your purchase, the points you earned from that item will be deducted from your point balance. Visit the ‘Activity’ tab in your rewards dashboard to see all of your points activity.
Points redeemed for any dollar-off reward, including the dollar-off reward amount, are forfeited on orders returned where reward points were redeemed within the order. Only the total amount charged to you will be refunded to your original payment method (“Out-of-Pocket Expense”).
Returns can cause you to drop down multiple levels. For example, if you return an order or product, the points earned will be deducted, which could cause you to drop by that number of points. Furthermore, returns of an order or product from a previous Membership Year may cause your Tier spend requirement to increase for eligibility to advance Tier level or maintain current Tier status for the following Membership Year. For example, you made a purchase of $50 on 10/20/2025, your Membership Year renews 11/13/2025, on 11/15/2025 you return $25 product of from the 10/20/2025 order, then in your current Membership Year you will need to spend $126 to advance from Blue Tier to Silver Tier or to maintain Silver Tier status in the subsequent Membership Year.
